1. An Authorized Sub-Distributor is a successful applicant that has an account opened and they purchase goods per Quarter from – 301 x Pieces MINIMUM PER ORDER Combined of any Model and Colors PER QUARTER ( 3 x Monthly Trading Term & Interval ).
2. An Authorized  Sub-Distributor to keep their account active must purchase a MINIMUM 301 Pieces / Units of any Cat or Dog Urn or a Garden Memorial Units per Quarter to maintain TIER#1 Maximum Sub-Distributor and Status.
3. An Authorized Sub-Distributor is granted a Tier #1 – 50% DISCOUNT OFF R.R.P Status based on your honest, best, hopeful & desired sales volume projections when applying for a Trading Account. ( You will normally be a National Conglomerate )
4. An Authorized  Sub-Distributor Account maybe reviewed and % DISCOUNT DECREASED upon review of Trading each 6 Months and overall assessment of Volume of Business and USD$ Trading between our respective Companies.
5. An Authorized Sub-Distributor is given ONCE ONLY MAXIMUM DISCOUNT of 50% OFF R.R.P for their FIRST ORDER of NO less than 300 x Cat & or Dog Urns – any Color and Models ( or Outdoor Garden STONE Memorials if and when available ).
6. An Authorized Sub-Distributor is granted this very special 58% OFF R.R.P Introductory Price as a Special Welcome On board and Trial Assessment for you to personally view and on-sell our Products.
7. An Authorized Sub-Distributor is granted FREE UPS Ground Delivery is when Ordering a MINIMUM of 4 x Urns – any Model or Color in Stock mixed – as sent to any & all nominated Pet Cremation Service Centers or your clients across North America as per instruction/s.
8. An Authorized Sub-Distributor may apply to Return ALL Goods as per FIRST ORDER if once you see all & are not happy for whatever reason… – if so a RETURN GOODS CODE # will be given & a Restocking Fee of 15% is applicable & all Return Freight is at the Sub-Distributors Cost.
9. An Authorized Sub-Distributor may apply to Return ALL Goods as per FIRST ORDER ONLY within 7 Days of Receiving Goods as tracked and signed for …– if so a RETURN GOODS CODE # will be given & a Restocking Fee of 15% is applicable & all Return Freight is at the Sub-Distributors Cost.
10. An Authorized Sub-Distributor will be offered very Special Deals several times per Annum when & where even FREE URNS may be granted / and or Gratitude to the Team shown … BUT ONLY with the C.E.O. – C.O.O. and / or C.F.O.’s  joint awareness and written approval on your Company letterhead or email signature/s.
11. An Authorized Sub-Distributor will be offered Trade Show Assistance – Marketing & Advertising Assistance & Allowance etc. – where all is applicable based on a Minimum Order Value – Performance Guarantees etc.
12. An Authorized Sub-Distributor MAY be offered Head Office Cash Rebates & / or we offer Personal Assistance to work on the floor at your preferred Trade Show etc.
13. An Authorized Sub-Distributor will be eligible to approach Wholesale Pet Urns and Memorials Inc. for Sponsorship of Trade Show Stands and your Senior Management as Speakers & Trainers at Pet Cremation Industry Expos and Conventions etc.
14. An Authorized Sub-Distributor Trading Account will be reviewed in detail & depth after 6 Months of Trading History – where all will be considered – re additional discounts -special offers etc. if so deserved & Warranted.
15. An Authorized Sub-Distributor will be offered a position to apply for an EXCLUSIVE CORPORATE DESIGNED Indoor Artisan Hand Sculptured Master Memorial and it / they finished in ANY available Corporate COLOR/s. or Stone etc.
16. An Authorized Sub-Distributor will be granted above in #26 – and where ALL that will be 100% EXCLUSIVE to your Company and its Service Centers ONLY.
17. An Authorized  Sub-Distributor Trading Account will be CLOSED if NO TRADING takes place over a 12 Month Anniversary of Account Approval.
