Terms and Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions act in accordance with the USA legislation and ensure that all our customers can shop confidently.
These general terms and conditions are applicable on all offers, orders, and agreements by W.P.U.M and exclude all other potential terms and conditions.
By confirming your order, you have read and accepted our conditions.
Ordering
Our website is available to take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All orders are processed between 8.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Phone lines operate during business hours, meaning 8: 30 am to 5.00 pm.
You can order items through our website any time of the day or night. The time we need to process your purchase depends on your order (if INNER COATING® is applied it takes 3-4 business days).
During business hours we start preparing the shipment, immediately after the purchase is made. Please note that until we have confirmed the order with you no offer of sale is made. In the event that we decline to process your order, we will contact you by e-mail to say so.
Please provide detailed information about the delivery address when making a purchase.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
Wholesale Pet Urns and Memorials Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
W.P.U.M, will, in such cases, cheerfully refund any payment or partial payment made in lieu of shipping the merchandise ordered.
Price Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Wholesale Pet Urns and Memorials Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
W.P.U.M shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Legal basis for processing: necessary to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
The reason why it’s necessary to perform a contract: to fulfil your contractual obligation to pay for the goods or services you have ordered from us.
Stock
If there is any problem with your order, be it stock levels or anything else, we will contact you. All orders are subject to availability at all times. If you are not happy with this, Wholesale Pet Urns and Memorials Inc. will refund 100% of your money.
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing their order, but once an order has been processed and/or picked up by our Courier company for shipping, no cancellations will be accepted.
Returns will only be accepted if there is a defect or the product is damaged during transit as a direct result of insufficient packaging. No refund for change-of-mind after 24 hours of the order being placed.
